Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Ordained Pentecostal minister with recognized theological education or equivalent pastoral training.
- Proven experience in pastoral leadership roles within Pentecostal churches, preferably in Canadian contexts.
- Exceptional sermon preaching skills that effectively communicate scripture in an engaging and relatable manner.
- Ability to facilitate Bible study groups with sensitivity to diverse spiritual maturity levels.
- Strong interpersonal and counseling skills demonstrating empathy, discretion, and cultural sensitivity.
- Experience in youth ministry and faith-based event coordination, able to inspire participation and spiritual enthusiasm.
