Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical troubleshooting and problem resolution for clients via phone, email, and remote sessions to ensure minimal downtime and optimal user experience.
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets using our ticketing system, providing clear updates and timely resolutions.
  • Assist clients with Microsoft 365 applications and other common business software, ensuring users can maximize their productivity.
  • Conduct network diagnostics and provide support for connectivity and hardware issues in a remote environment.
  • Document all support interactions and technical solutions thoroughly to maintain knowledge base accuracy and improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues appropriately, ensuring client satisfaction and continuous service improvement.
  • Maintain adherence to ITIL framework best practices in delivering consistent and reliable IT support services.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in remote IT support or help desk environments, with strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, ticketing systems, and network diagnostics.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and professionally to non-technical clients.
  • Familiarity with the ITIL framework is preferred.
  • Additional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or related would be an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work setting.
