As an IT Support Specialist at Maple Leaf Tech Solutions, you will be a key player in maintaining our clients’ technology infrastructure by delivering expert technical support and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical support to end-users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly and effectively.
  • Manage and administer local network environments, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems within Windows and Linux platforms.
  • Use ticketing systems to track, prioritize, and document support requests while ensuring clear communication and follow-up with clients and internal teams.
  • Deliver remote support and troubleshooting assistance, maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout every interaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify recurring IT issues and develop solutions that improve system reliability and user experience.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in technical support and network administration, with a strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Proficiency in using IT ticketing systems for efficient issue tracking and management.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with strong customer service skills, capable of managing multiple requests with patience and professionalism.
  • Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ and Microsoft Certified credentials are highly preferred.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users, fostering a positive and helpful support experience.
