Required Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in business, insurance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with insurance software such as Guidewire and Applied Epic is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact empathetically with clients.
  • Experience in client relationship management, claims processing, billing, or underwriting support.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is highly considered and regarded as an advantage.
