Responsibilities
- Use dispatch software to schedule and assign transportation routes efficiently, maximizing resource utilization.
- Coordinate and communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service excellence.
- Monitor and manage daily transportation activities, proactively resolving issues that may arise during transit or scheduling.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems to support operational transparency and reporting.
- Prioritize timely and clear communication to update stakeholders on any changes or challenges in the dispatch process.
- Assist in planning and adjusting schedules based on shifting priorities, unexpected delays, or customer requests.

Qualifications
- Proficiency with dispatch software and CRM systems.
