  • Assist in developing user guides and training materials to help clients maximize the use of their technology.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in technical troubleshooting and customer support roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS platforms and their common applications.
  • Basic understanding of network principles and diagnostics, including TCP/IP and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multiple support requests efficiently.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant discipline is an asset.
