Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals and diversity initiatives.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software tools to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment analytics.

Qualifications:
