  • Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with Active Directory user and group management.
  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to communicate technical information clearly.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician are an asset.
