Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee project activities by managing schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of tasks aligned with company objectives.
  • Leverage virtual communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Slack to facilitate clear, consistent communication among diverse project stakeholders.
  • Utilize task management software including Asana and Trello to track project progress, assign responsibilities, and update task statuses effectively.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks through disciplined time management techniques, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • Engage proactively with stakeholders including clients, vendors, and internal teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve any project-related challenges.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to summarize project status, risks, and outcomes for senior management and clients.
  • Identify potential issues proactively and apply problem-solving strategies to navigate obstacles and maintain project momentum.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in remote coordinator jobs or equivalent roles involving project coordination and task management.
  • Strong proficiency with virtual communication platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Slack.
  • Hands-on experience using task management tools including Asana or Trello to organize and monitor workstreams.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to efficiently balance multiple priorities in a fully remote work environment.
