Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed customer feedback analysis and report findings using data reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.
- Prepare clear, actionable reports summarizing review evaluation results for product and marketing teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate customer insights into product development strategies.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing large volumes of digital content for review quality and relevance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in online review jobs, content analysis, or customer feedback evaluation, preferably at a mid-level or with recent relevant internship experience.
