Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed customer feedback analysis and report findings using data reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics.
  • Prepare clear, actionable reports summarizing review evaluation results for product and marketing teams.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate customer insights into product development strategies.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when processing large volumes of digital content for review quality and relevance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in online review jobs, content analysis, or customer feedback evaluation, preferably at a mid-level or with recent relevant internship experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics, with the ability to generate insightful data reports.
  • Excellent written communication skills to convey feedback analysis clearly and professionally.
