Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely coding of medical records using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding standards, guidelines, and applicable healthcare regulations to ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative staff to clarify coding and billing queries when needed.
- Contribute to regular internal audits and quality assurance processes to uphold data integrity.
- Document coding procedures and coding decisions clearly to support transparency and future reference.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS), or equivalent recognized medical coding certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems with at least 2 years of relevant coding experience.
- Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) software in a medical coding capacity.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high accuracy in data processing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with healthcare professionals and team members.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to flexible scheduling requirements.
