Key Responsibilities

- Conduct laser hair removal treatments using state-of-the-art laser devices, following strict adherence to laser safety protocols to safeguard patients and staff.
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining treatment processes, managing expectations, and addressing any concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Monitor patient responses during and after treatments, promptly identifying and managing any adverse reactions or complications according to established medical protocols.
- Maintain accurate, detailed clinical documentation for all laser hair removal treatments, including patient history, consent forms, treatment parameters, and post-care instructions.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, support clinic operations, and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Canada with current registration status.
- Certification in laser hair removal treatments or demonstrable experience performing laser hair removal under supervised clinical settings.
- Sound knowledge of laser safety protocols and infection prevention standards relevant to cosmetic procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide patient-centered care and promote positive treatment experiences.
- Preferred: Previous experience working in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic environment, with familiarity in other cosmetic procedures considered an asset.
