- Process payments and cash handling accurately while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to hotel policies.
- Resolve guest concerns and requests promptly and courteously to maintain high guest satisfaction and uphold our service standards.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to ensure guest rooms and facilities are ready and any issues are addressed swiftly.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and update guest information and hotel records accurately.
Successful candidates will meet the following qualifications:
