Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to monitor client interactions, track customer feedback, and manage account information effectively.
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve client issues promptly and provide tailored solutions that support client success.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, usage patterns, and potential upsell or renewal opportunities.
  • Deliver clear, professional communication and training sessions that empower customers to fully leverage Square One’s SaaS products.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer success or client relationship management role, preferably within SaaS or digital payment industries.
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms, especially Salesforce, to manage client records and workflow.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing customer concerns.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is a strong asset and highly preferred to support our diverse Canadian customer base.
