Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the relevant Canadian provincial regulatory body.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) degree or equivalent required; advanced education or certifications in nursing leadership preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience with demonstrated leadership in healthcare team supervision.
  • Proficiency in clinical management and healthcare quality assurance practices.
  • Experience managing electronic health records (EHR) systems and ensuring data integrity.
