Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in career coaching, talent management, or HR consulting roles.
- Proficiency in HRIS tools such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors is essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Strong organizational skills with an aptitude for managing multiple client needs while delivering high-quality results.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred; additional coaching certifications are an asset.
